Monday, 3/17 – 7th Grade (6*, 7*) and Tuesday, 3/18 (1*)
·         Hand out and review study guide #5/flash cards (Greek/Latin roots and Word of the Week)
·          “A Picture Tells 1,000 Words”, p. 104 of comp book
·         Civil Rights Movement – web, p. 105 of comp book

Homework:  Comp book for 3rd quarter in-class work scored on Wednesday
Study flash cards and/or study guide #5 – test = Tues 3/25

Monday, 3/17 – 8th Grade (3*, 4*)
·         Frankbook page in groups – due at end of period

Homework:  Diary due tomorrow! (8 x ½ pages with 3 memory items. ½ page = 9 lines minimum)
Comp book scored tomorrow for 3rd quarter

Tuesday, 3/18 – 8th Grade (2*, 3*, 4* crunch. 4* = McQueen registration)
·         Multi-media review presentation
·         Score comp books
·         Share and turn in book projects

Homework:  McQueen registration due to your Advisory teacher by Tues 3/25

Wednesday, 3/19 – 7th Grade (6*, 7*, 1*)
·         Multi-media review presentations
·         Score comp books for 3rd quarter
·         Finish Civil Rights Movement web – p. 105

Wednesday, 3/19 – 8th Grade (2*, 3*) and Thursday 3/20 (4*)
·         Hand out and review study guide #5 and make flashcards (word of the week)

·         “The Children’s March” (Birmingham, 1963) and video question guide

Read 25 min and begin RJ week 1 – due Friday 3/28

Friday, 3/21 – 7th Grade (6*)
·         Spelling/vocab music review activity
·         Finish “The Children’s March”
·         Complete Constructed Response, then discuss all video questions and turn in
