SBAC Testing Requires Daily Changes in Class Rotations!  We will review these so you have them in your tracker.  I will post the school schedule in purple, but be aware of core team class crunches nearly every day during testing. 

Monday 4/20 = 1, 2, 7, 3, 4

Tuesday 4/21 = 5, 6, 7, 1, 2

Wednesday 4/22 = 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

Thursday 4/23 = 1, 2, 5, 3, 4  (AM Assembly Schedule)

Friday 4/24 = 6, 7, 1, 2, 3

Monday 4/20 – 8^th Grade (2*, 3*, 4*)

·         2* = SBAC – Classroom Activity in Preparation for the Performance Task

·         3* and 4* = SBAC Performance Task (reading, answering questions, creating an article)

Homework:  Read April Scope, pgs 4-10.  Complete “Text Structure” and “Text Evidence” packet.  Due Thurs 4/23

Monday 4/21 – 7^th Grade (1*, 7*)

·         SWT = Strategies for Writers, p. 6-9

·         Sample Memoir – “The Day I Stopped Running” by Herbert Franco

·         Watsons and Figurative Language Chart

Homework:  Read April Scope, pgs 4-10.  Complete “Text Structure” and “Text Evidence” packet.  Due Wed 4/22 (6*, 7*) and Thurs (1* only)

Tuesday 4/21 – 8^th Grade (2*, 3*, 4* crunch – classes are 20 minutes each)

·         7* = SBAC test – CAT ELA7

·         1* = Interdisciplinary Unit (IDU) Kick-Off – Touring Nevada Counties
